The all-in-one bread baking bowl

This isn’t just any old mixing bowl attachment – it goes from your KitchenAid mixer to the oven, so every step of bread making can be done in one bowl. Fit it onto your KitchenAid tilt-head stand mixer with the dough hook in place, pop your ingredients in, and it’ll take care of all the mixing and kneading for you. Leave the dough in the bowl to prove and when you’re ready to bake simply place the shaped dough on the lid and top with the upturned bowl. The bowl traps in steam, creating an environment similar to a traditional steam oven for craft-quality results with every loaf.

Made from Titanium-reinforced ceramic that resists chipping, cracking and crazing, this bread-baking bowl and lid set is built to last, and comes with a 5-year no-chip manufacturer’s guarantee.

4.7 litre capacity

You need a big bowl to create a loaf to share, and this one is perfect for dough recipes that call for up to 525g of flour (to make a loaf roughly 455-680g). With graduated measurements on the inside, and two generous handles, it will make itself useful for many other cakes and bakes too.

Heat resistant and easy to clean

Going from mixer to oven is no problem for this durable bowl that’s oven-safe up to 260°C, and it’s quite happy in your microwave, fridge or freezer too. When its work is done, a spell in the dishwasher will have it looking as good as new.
